Marketing for Vendors
Marketing for other sellers makes it easier to make good money but most consumers never use products and just try to sell them to other sellers. So you meet all these people who sell scripts, programs, eBooks, and more to other online retailers and say how great they are without using them. They are just trying to make a bull out of someone else's mind.
I have new marketing ideas especially those that create boring jobs. I love posting articles and I use the ones you post. RSS feeds provide news to my sites. Creating automatic links for Clickbank items based on keywords in my blog is a godsend.
But, for me, if people don't use these products and then just replace them with others, they miss out on the long-term benefits of quick cash.
I acknowledge that I have done this in the past and I may do it again in the future - but - only sell products that I use and that I approve. That way I can prove them because I've used them and can talk about my experience.
Personally, I prefer marketing on the regular Internet Joe Joe. I market to people who want a credit card agreement (and I use a large script to keep my site up to date). I recommend Thai hotels and I can talk about from personal experience. I post links to Thai forums for hotels and I have 6 affiliate hotels in Thailand.
I also write articles about Thailand and list my hotel-related links in the author's resource box. This is very easy to write as I have been in Thailand for over 30 years.
I also write marketing or credit articles from time to time to get traffic to those sites. I have about 10 articles sites and I advertise on those sites where others submit their articles.
I would prefer to make more money to market the product to people who will use it instead of marketing it to someone who will try to sell it to someone else.
All of this is just my opinion. There is nothing morally wrong or illegal in marketing to advertisers. I use a lot of commercials, especially those that make my life a little easier.
One thing I disagree with is people selling others and making false or misleading statements showing that they are using the product and how good it is when they have never used it and want to make money.
However, keep coming up with all those great products that retailers can use to make our lives easier. Just market yourself honestly.
